{"id":5647,"date":"2013-09-25T13:56:48","date_gmt":"2013-09-25T20:56:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.philborges.com\/blog\/?p=5647"},"modified":"2014-03-05T17:57:30","modified_gmt":"2014-03-06T00:57:30","slug":"adam-works-to-live-in-love-verse-fear","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.philborges.com\/blog\/2013\/09\/25\/adam-works-to-live-in-love-verse-fear\/","title":{"rendered":"Adam Works to Live in Love vs Fear"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">Now that Adam is no longer living at Ron\u2019s, he has either been house sitting or staying with friends he knows at SoulFood Books. \u00a0We filmed this interview near a small river that runs behind SoulFood Books where Adam has been spending time meditating.\u00a0 <!--more-->It\u2019s a place that gives him a relative sense of peace.<\/p>\n<p>In the interview Adam talks about a time while he was in Maui where he first had the experience of being in a state of fearless love.\u00a0 He said it felt almost like he was \u2018hypnotized\u2019, however the feeling would come and go.\u00a0 He says that since he has come back to where he grew up he has had a much harder time getting into that state of \u2018fearless love\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/75266738?title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0\" height=\"366\" width=\"650\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Adam has been home from Hawaii now for over 4 months and is working daily to address his fears\u2014fear of failure, fear of inadequacy and fear of judgment, especially judgment coming from his family. \u00a0Despite his desire to spend time with his mother, who is battling cancer, his personal fears combined with unresolved family issues are proving to be overwhelming.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s frustrating for me to watch Adam struggle as he tries to confront and conquer his fears on his own.
